IFA has set up and is running the first Public Private Partnership (PPP) Autism Assessment/Early Intervention Centre  of its kind in Nigeria. Its Autism Assessment Centre is situated within the National Hospital, Abuja under a PPP arrangement with the Federal Ministry of Health and the National Hospital (Ike Foundation for Autism Assessment Centre National Hospital),  and the Early Intervention Centre is domiciled at the IFA head office.
